Line Cook / Kitchen Staff

- Experience in food preparation preferred but not required

Guest Experience Associate
Be the welcoming face of Zupas. You'll guide guests through our menu, take orders with enthusiasm, and create warm, memorable dining experiences that keep people coming back to our cafe zupas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, can-do attitude in a customer-facing role
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
Shift Supervisor
Lead a team of dedicated food service professionals during your shift. You'll oversee daily operations, support team members, ensure quality standards, and make sure every guest leaves with a smile.
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in food service
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
Catering & Events Coordinator
Manage and coordinate Zupas catering orders for corporate events, private parties, and large gatherings. You'll be the point of contact for clients ensuring every event is delivered flawlessly and on time.
- Experience in event coordination or catering sales
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
- Proficiency with scheduling and order management tools
Restaurant General Manager
Lead a full Zupas restaurant location. As General Manager, you'll be responsible for team development, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and upholding the Zupas brand standards that our customers love.
- 3+ years as a restaurant manager or equivalent leadership role
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
- Proven track record of team building and retention
- Passion for high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences
Delivery & Order Fulfillment Specialist
Ensure every online and takeaway order is accurately packed and delivered on time. You'll work alongside the kitchen team and coordinate with delivery drivers to guarantee fresh, hot food reaches every customer.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in order management
- Comfortable using order management software and apps
- Ability to work efficiently during peak lunch and dinner hours
- Valid driver's license preferred
